Eatz Encore is a family-owned catering business owned by Mrs. Krystyna Konefal for over 15 years now. We offer a wide selection of prepared meals, salads, soups, appetizers, desserts, and pastries. We cater events like Rosh Hannah, yum Kippur, Hanukkah, Passover. We prepare meals such as gelfite fish, carrot tzimmes, Romanian eggplant, Matzo balls soup, cucumber salad, chopped liver, smoked turkey, pickled salmon, kugels, and many more varieties. For every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and new year we also have a selection of foods specially made for the holidays, such as pumpkin soup, pumpkin pie, fruit cake, whole roasted turkey, mincemeat pie, and more.
